Memorials
This page updated June 21, 2005.
This page is dedicated to remembering those students and staff of John Adams
High School that have died. If you wish to add a memorial, please email
it to me and I will post it, with your name as a contact. Because of the
large number of people who attended and staffed Adams over the years, please
try to provide enough specifics so that no confusion with others of the
same name may result.
Please feel welcome to add something to a memorial that's already here.

At fairer marks.
Francis Quarles. 1592-1644.
Our Constitution is in actual operation; everything appears to promise
that it will last; but in this world nothing is certain but death and taxes.
Benjamin Franklin. 1706-1790.
Death is an endless night so awful to contemplate that it can make us
love life and value it with such passion that it may be the ultimate cause
of all joy and all art.
Paul Theroux (b. 1941).
Sorry,
I've had to remove all the memorials temporarily because of issues beyond
my control. Don't hesitate to email me with any questions. Gail
